3D Dance_Audio_Space
by Mashoon Crew + Rigel Engineering

Dancing sounds interactive performance.
The protagonist of this installation is a dancer, who wears a particular kind of suit, which captures her movements, generating an interactive three-dimensional sound experience.
This system uses an audio spatialisation algorithm, based on the IMEASY audio spatialisation system and a motion capture system wore by the dancer, which captures her dancing gestures. It allows her to "play" with sound sources as well as changing, positioning and moving sounds in the environment. The result of this experience allows the attendants to breathe inside the performing environment, even in an intimist vision of the contents.
This performance is from an idea of (and it is executed by) Mashoon Crew: Andrea Brogi (Xlab), Dominique Bulgin (Shiftwork), Alessandro Frangioni (Clever-e) and Mauro Lupone (Xear). Technical coordination: Rigel Engineering and Clever-e.
